Booking Policy

· We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations. As part of our professional protocol, we recommend scheduling a consultation before booking your first treatment. You can reach us by call or text at (661) 489-1019 or conveniently book online.

· We require a non-refundable deposit fee to secure your appointment, which will be applied towards your service. This deposit fee guarantees your reserved spot. However, it will be forfeited for the following reasons:

- Failure to notify us of cancellation.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

- Arriving more than 15 minutes late

· The deposit fee ranges from $30.00 to $100.00, depending on your booking service.

· If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your reserved spot will be given to the next client. You can wait for the next available time during the day or request a reschedule. Please note that a new deposit fee of $30.00 will be required in case of rescheduling.

· Due to the nature of our services and products, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, any unused payment can be applied towards our other services. You acknowledge and agree to this policy by purchasing our services and products.

· For our client's convenience, we require full payment for all treatments on the day of the procedure. We also offer in-house financing options. Don't hesitate to reach out to us for more information.
