• Dr. Allan L. Capote is an esteemed medical professional who has dedicated his career to vascular surgery. Dr. Capote has proven himself a competent, reliable, and safe surgeon with his multiple board certifications in general surgery and vascular surgery.   He is also an active fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS). He has multiple hospital affiliations in Bakersfield, California.
• Dr. Capote was born and raised in the Philippines. He earned his medical degree from the University of Manila and completed his general surgery training at the University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital. He then immigrated to the United States to join his wife, Leilani.   He then completed his general surgery residency training at Kern Medical Center.  He then finished his fellowship training in vascular surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.  
• In addition to his qualifications in vascular surgical procedures, Dr. Capote has received certification in Laser Cosmetics and Facial Aesthetics at the California Cosmetic Medical Institute. This additional expertise demonstrates his commitment to patients' safety and overall well-being.  

  Leilani has 29 years of experience as a registered nurse and has acquired a wealth of knowledge and proficiency across different departments. From the demanding burn ICU and operating room to the challenging fields of oncology, medical-surgical, and hospice care, she has exhibited adaptability and commitment to her patients' well-being. Leilani's love for skin care flourished during her fifteen years as a burn ICU nurse. Witnessing the patient's physical and emotional pain, she became passionate about helping them regain confidence and self-esteem. 

  Leilani further obtained her certification in Facial Aesthetics at the California Cosmetic Medical Institute. Furthermore, her commitment to professional growth is evident through her completion of a Master of Science in Nursing— Family Nurse Practitioner at the United States University.

  Leilani's values are reflected in her belief that when you love what you do, all your efforts and sacrifices are precious and meaningful. Beyond her professional achievements, she enjoys singing, dancing, and cherishing treasured moments with her family, understanding the importance of balance and personal fulfillment in a successful career.

Joy Vinluan is a certified physician assistant and a Cosmetic laser certified affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. Joy received her Bachelor's in Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She then pursued her Master's in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University. Her early career and training were at Baylor College of Medicine at the Texas Medical Center. She has been practicing as a surgical physician assistant since 2004, specializing in Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery. Her 18 years of clinical and surgical skills make Joy an experienced practitioner who is passionate about her work. She is meticulous and takes pride in her work.
