After immigrating to the United States to join his wife, Leilani, he completed his general surgery residency training at Kern Medical Center and finished his fellowship in vascular surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
In addition to his qualifications in vascular surgical procedures, Dr. Capote has received specialized certification in Laser Cosmetics and Facial Aesthetics at the California Cosmetic Medical Institute.
