• Dr. Allan L. Capote is an esteemed medical professional who has dedicated his career to vascular surgery. Dr. Capote has proven himself a competent, reliable, and safe surgeon with his multiple board certifications in general surgery and vascular surgery.   He is also an active fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS). He has multiple hospital affiliations in Bakersfield, California.
• Dr. Capote was born and raised in the Philippines. He earned his medical degree from the University of Manila and completed his general surgery training at the University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital. He then immigrated to the United States to join his wife, Leilani.   He then completed his general surgery residency training at Kern Medical Center.  He then finished his fellowship training in vascular surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.  
• In addition to his qualifications in vascular surgical procedures, Dr. Capote has received certification in Laser Cosmetics and Facial Aesthetics at the California Cosmetic Medical Institute. This additional expertise demonstrates his commitment to patients' safety and overall well-being.  

 Leilani has 29 years of experience as a registered nurse, during which she has gained extensive knowledge and proficiency across various departments. From the demanding environment of the burn ICU and the operating room to the challenging fields of oncology, medical-surgical, and hospice care, she has demonstrated adaptability and a strong commitment to her patients' well-being. 

Her passion for skin treatments blossomed during her fifteen years as a burn ICU nurse. Having witnessed the physical and emotional pain of her patients, she became dedicated to helping them regain confidence and self-esteem. Although there are numerous non-invasive body sculpting technologies and weight loss injections available, Leilani prioritizes educating her clients on maintaining fitness and overall health.

Leilani also holds a certification in Facial Aesthetics from the California Cosmetic Medical Institute. Her commitment to professional growth is further highlighted by her completion of the Master of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner program at United States University.

Joy Vinluan is a certified physician assistant and a Cosmetic laser certified affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. Joy received her Bachelor's in Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She then pursued her Master's in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University. Her early career and training were at Baylor College of Medicine at the Texas Medical Center. She has been practicing as a surgical physician assistant since 2004, specializing in Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery. Her 18 years of clinical and surgical skills make Joy an experienced practitioner who is passionate about her work. She is meticulous and takes pride in her work.
